Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 1 week before check-in: Full refund, minus credit card processing fees.
- Cancellations made within 1 week of check-in: The first night’s stay will be charged; the remaining balance will be refunded, excluding credit card processing fees.
- Cancellations or modifications within 72 hours of check-in are not eligible for refunds.
- No refunds, cancellations, or modifications for holidays or special events (Balloon Fiesta).
- No-shows and same-day cancellations: No refund.
- Emergency medical cancellations: Please contact the host directly to discuss credit options.
- Credits are not redeemable during Balloon Fiesta.
Early Departures
Guests who choose to check out before their scheduled departure date are not eligible for a refund for the unused nights.
Non-Refundable Fees
Please note that in all circumstances credit card processing fees are never refundable, as they are collected by Stripe and cannot be recovered.
Modifications
Reservation modifications are subject to availability and may result in a rate adjustment. The initial reservation credit card processing fee is non-refundable. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your booking.
