Main House & Property

The Main house, inspired by Albuquerque’s old Alvarado Hotel train station, offers another part of the Sanctuary for our guests to enjoy. Your Hosts reside here, with their private quarters located on the upper level. The lower level houses the Therapy room & Yoga floor, along with other amenities, and is open to our guests from 8am to 8pm.

Dining room area with a table, which seats 8+The Kitchen/Dining room area is available for guests’ use and may be reserved for larger meal prep if your group is lodging with us.

Ice machine provides ice for your units’ needs. Outdoor shared grill available for use upon request. Living Room with oversized couch and multiple sittings areas

Lastly, The Roadrunner Studio, a converted high-ceiling RV garage, provides a unique and spacious retreat for two occupants with a blend of modern comfort and whimsical style.
